1. Lens lifespan is 1 year BUT customers are adviced to wear it between 3-6 months.
2. We serve you READY STOCK lens. Bank in before 5 pm, the next day post out. Payment after 5 pm will post out a day late.
3. Delivery period is between 1-3 days after post out. Delivery is depends on the distance of places.
4. IMPORTANT! Cancellation are not allowed & non-refundable once the order & payment had confirmed.
5. Once the silver seal on the contact lens bottle had open, the contact lens are not allowed to exchange.
6. We do not carry any responsibility for any parcel lost or damage during delivery. So do not claim anything if it happens.
7. Any eye problems contracted after wearing lenses bought DOES NOT hold us responsible.
8. Please give us a full, complete and right details in your order. Any mistake do not blame us.v
